Returns are reviewed against product condition, safety, expiry, hygiene, and applicable consumer requirements. Opened nutrition and hygiene-sensitive products may not be resellable.
Refunds
Approved full or partial returns produce a credit note. External bank or card refund references are recorded without storing card data, and loyalty impact is reconciled against the original order.
